Because We Care
Here at Austley's everything is homemade and made to order. Therefore, we allow up to 4-5 weeks for the turnaround time (excluding postage times).
If you require them quicker for an event I will try to do your order faster but please do contact me so we can arrange before payment thank you.
All items are sent either second class or first-class delivery, once items have been shipping I will inform you to let you know.
We aim that you get your items as soon as possible but sometimes during busy times it can take a little bit longer.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout as we cannot send it to another address unless stated at checkout, so please make sure you double check.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS.
All our products at Austely’s are handmade so are made to order. So please check that you’ve added the correct size to your cart. If you are unsure on the sizes please message me and I will happily help. As sizes cannot be changed once purchase.
Refunds will not be given under these circumstances
· Item being lost due to incorrect shipping address
· Ordered the wrong size (Please see size guide below).
· Wear and tear
· Damage due to washing incorrectly according to the instructions on the care labels
· If you changed your mind once you have placed your order
Refunds will be given if your item is delivered faulty.
If you do receive a faulty item please contact us straight away so we can resolve the issue. We will offer to try and repair the item but if it is too badly damaged, we will ask if you prefer an exchange or refund. You can contact us, via the contact page, Instagram or Facebook.
Cancellations will not be accepted if you have requested the wrong size, as all of our clothing is handmade. We also cannot accept if you have changed your mind.
We do however have the right to cancel your order if there is any delay on the turnaround time (due to circumstances beyond our control) or if the fabric you ordered is currently out of stock from suppliers.
All payments are currently taken via PayPal, we are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
